At Cornerstone Inclusive, we ensure that every faith-based school has the systemic capacity, tools, and supports to welcome, retain, and support ALL learners. Guided by grace, we help schools build frameworks that welcome all children as God’s children. We believe every child is a gift, and that every student deserves an exceptional, equitable education.

We work directly alongside teacher and school leaders, building plans around students and staff already in the building rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

When I founded Cornerstone, I did so with a singular mission: to provide private, independent, and parochial schools with the systematic frameworks and professional development needed to maximize student retention and meet the needs of every learner. 

Bringing over 30 years of public, private, and cross-sector educational expertise directly to your school, I have spent decades serving on several key district and school leadership teams. Furthermore, I hold a School Administrator Certificate, meaning my consulting approach is rooted not just in classroom tactics, but in a deep understanding of systemic school operations.

My journey spans three decades of deep, hands-on experience across general education, special education, and leadership:

• The Classroom & Coaching: Proven foundation in K-5 teaching and literacy coaching. Deep in LETRS training and Science of Reading, providing professional development to fellow educators.

• Special Education & Interventions: Extensive background as a Special Education  Resource Teacher, and District-Wide K-12 Special Education Consultant.

• Systemic Non-Public Support: Currently serves as a K-8 Instructional Support Specialist, delivering targeted systemic impact within the private school environment. In this role, I serve as a lead on building MTSS and collaborate with the local ISD to direct Non-Public plans.

• Systems over sessions. A single day workshop rarely changes practice. We design structures that can be implemented with fidelity and that hold up after we leave. 

• Our systems are built with your staff, not around them. Your leaders and teachers help shape the plan that will work for your school, so it fits how your school actually operates. 

• Every student is counted! Inclusive practice is built into the plan from the start, not added later on. 

• Grounded in classroom practices. Every recommendation is tested against what is realistic for the teacher while managing a full room of students. 

• This doesn't mean the work is easy; however, it does mean the work is equitable and inclusive for ALL students.
